New year, new challenges

The first week of classes is already behind me. First e-mails to parents sent, first impressions made, first challenges identified.

Obviously, these are only the first impressions, but judging by this first week, the main challenges for the next few months and, subsequently, frequent topics on the blog will be:

1. working with mixed ability groups
2. classroom management in YL classroom
3. TBL for YL
4. getting teenagers to speak and actually take part in the lesson 😉
